
Andy Brynes
Chief Financial Officer
Andy brings over twenty years of broad strategic, financial and operational leadership experience in healthcare and related industries to IngenioRx.
As Chief Financial Officer, Andy is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities of IngenioRx, ensuring they meet and exceed financial commitments based on sound financial strategy and long-term planning.
Andy joins us from Loeb Enterprises, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer to a number of portfolio companies, and was responsible for financial reporting, strategic planning, corporate development, business analysis, capital raising, and broad financial management. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, where he was responsible for enterprise strategy, corporate development, innovation and building a portfolio of healthcare services and technology companies to drive profitable growth. Andy also brings critical pharmacy benefit management expertise to IngenioRx. Previously he served as the CFO of the Business Transformation Group with Catalyst Health Solutions, now Catamaran/Optum Rx. Andy began his career as a CPA with the public accounting firm KPMG.
Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and his Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Andy and his family live in Baltimore, MD. He is an avid skier and tennis player, a loyal Duke basketball fan, and a frequent guest lecturer with Duke University’s Health Sector Management program.
